FAQ'S
Where are you based and do you travel?
Erica Newton Photography is based in Jackson Township, Ohio. I work throughout Northeast Ohio but have traveled as far as Michigan, Wisconsin, and am willing to travel further as well!
How should I pay?
After your consultation, you'll receive a booking proposal via email; which includes some or all of the following: questionnaire, contract, invoice, etc. A signed contract and retainer are both required to secure your session date. Once the contract is signed, your invoice can be paid with a credit/debit card or electronic bank transfer. If these payment methods aren't the best for you, reach out & we can discuss that further.
Are you a licensed & insured business?
Absolutely! ENP is registered with the State of Ohio as a business, as well to collect & remit sales tax. I carry insurance to cover myself along with anything else that may come about; should your venue need proof of coverage, I am happy to provide that certification.
Can you edit my body?
While I can make small edits, I believe every body is beautiful as they are. Editing that includes skin color changes, slimming, are not things I do within my editing process. You are beautiful, own it!
When will we get our photos?
You will receive a link to an online gallery via email with all your photos within maximum 4 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints from my lab.
Do you have a physical portrait studio?
I do not currently have a portrait studio as I love photographing outdoors. However, I do have access to studio rentals in Northeast Ohio. If you'd like a session in a studio, let's find the one that best fits your vision!
